All members are entitled to first choice of speaking opportunities at smart x events before these are offered to non-member organisations. Smart x events provide excellent marketing, communications and affordable promotional opportunities for all types of organisations to communicate and reinforce their brand and market their products and services to new and existing customers. Our conference agendas are carefully planned to include topical presentations that are relevant to current industry developments, and all members are encouraged to contact us should they have a presentation they feel will add value.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

Our conferences offer the ideal platform for sponsorship, at affordable prices and this opportunity is offered to members only.  Sponsorship can take various forms, and in all cases the sponsor will have the platform to make industry announcements or market new products/services to the right market.

EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES:

All of our events accommodate an exhibition area for participating delegates to exhibit their company’s offerings free of charge.  All conference delegates automatically attend the exhibition at each event and exhibitors are encouraged to pre-advertise their display on the website and through email communications in the build-up to each event.

PRESENTATION MATERIALS:

All conference delegates will receive a CD handout at each event, containing electronic versions of the presentations on the agenda, along with full advertorials from each of the sponsors.  Members that are unable to attend the events are entitled to receive a copy of the event presentation handout.

INFORMATION AND BUSINESS MATCHING SERVICES:

Members that need assistance, information or business contacts related to the development of their business or scheme are encouraged to call our office at any time. In addition, the smart x team provide an equally valuable email service covering a broad subject matter including technical and standards questions, business development information, introductions and referrals and assistance with all aspects of their scheme, business or service. Members can expect prompt replies to their enquiries and ongoing support as needed.  The team at smart x will also proactively and reactively offer business matching services to assist members in selling or locating products, services and solutions.  These are the most valuable member benefits.

THIRD-PARTY PARTNERSHIPS:

Smart x regularly negotiates partnership agreements with third-parties, and these exclusive benefits are passed on directly to members only.  These partnerships take various forms, including travel packages to attend endorsed events, reduced registration fees at these events, reduced prices on select industry publications and even reduced fees for exhibiting at select local exhibitions.  Details of these partnership agreements are communicated regularly to the members.

SMARTEX NETWORK:

Smartex, our principals based in Cambridge, England, has established the world's largest network of professional associations addressing smart cards and RFID technology. The combined Smartex membership now exceeds 500 organisations and is represented in the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and Southern Africa. Members that travel frequently are encouraged to contact our office and enquire about regional events that may be taking place.  Our team can then arrange attendance at these events at a reduced fee.

SMARTEXPRESS DAILY BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:

All members will be added to the database that receive a daily email containing headlines of all the latest industry news stories published globally. These headlines are hyperlinked to the web site on which the news story was originally published and effectively cover industry news world-wide.

MEMBERS LISTING WITH LOGO AND LINK:

Members that wish to enjoy increased visibility on our website, can enjoy the benefit of placing the company logo, with link, alongside their company name.  This service is offered at a nominal fee, and is renewable annually.

SUPPLIER LISTING ON SMART X WEBSITE:

The smart x website includes a highly-developed search engine within the site, which enables any member of the public to search through our members for products, services and solutions.  All members enjoy this benefit and increased visibility free of charge.

TENDER NOTIFICATIONS:

Smart x currently subscribes to receive tender notifications as they are released to the public.  Members are notified immediately of the details, and are encouraged to participate where relevant.
